Given the nature of our professional services, which involve consultation, analysis, and ongoing management activities, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the specific service agreement and applicable California state laws.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

2.1 Service Cancellation

If you cancel a service agreement within 72 hours of signing and before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund of any upfront fees paid, minus any administrative costs incurred.

2.2 Service Non-Performance

In the event that Capital Edge Properties fails to deliver agreed-upon services as outlined in your service contract, you may request a partial or full refund for the undelivered portion of services.

2.3 Billing Errors

If you have been incorrectly charged or billed for services not rendered, we will promptly investigate and issue a refund for any erroneous charges within 10 business days of verification.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services and fees are generally non-refundable:

Consultation fees for completed advisory sessions, market analysis reports, property assessments, and strategic planning services that have been delivered.

  • Monthly management fees for services already rendered during the billing period
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf, including vendor payments, inspection fees, and legal documentation
  • Services terminated after the initial 72-hour cancellation window
  • Custom reports, analyses, or deliverables that have been completed and provided to the client

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    Submit a Written Request: Send an email to williamcravens@capitaledggeproperties.com with the subject line "Refund Request" including your name, service agreement number, and detailed reason for the refund request.

    Review Period: Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days and may contact you for additional information or clarification.

    Decision Notification: You will receive a written response regarding the approval or denial of your refund request, along with an explanation of our decision.

    Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you have the right to escalate the matter. We encourage open communication and will work diligently to resolve any disputes amicably.
